Bitcoin Argentina, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and growth of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the country, will implement Bitcoin instruction in high schools.

The Built With Bitcoin Foundation, the Bitcoin Argentina non-profit, and the Paxful exchange will launch a program to educate students on the fundamentals of cryptocurrencies, particularly Bitcoin.

Around 4,000 students who participate in the “Schools and Bitcoin” educational project will learn about the advantages of a decentralized financial system based on blockchain technology.

Bitcoin can help students decrease education costs and earn scholarships and aid (wp.nyu.edu).

Argentina Spearheads Crypto Education Campaign

Bitcoin can positively benefit the country’s education system by facilitating student access to educational resources and materials.

The use of bitcoin can also help students lower the cost of school and make it simpler to get scholarships and financial assistance.

According to a statement provided by Paxful, the project’s sponsor stated that this vocational guidance and training project on Bitcoin and the blockchain will target instructors, educational institutions, and students in their last years of high school.

Based on data by Chainalysis, Argentina is one of the Latin American countries with the highest rate of crypto usage.

Some Argentinians have fled to crypto and bitcoin as a result of growing inflation and exchange restrictions that have diminished their purchasing power.

This is why the Argentina NGO has chosen to establish an education initiative that will teach Bitcoin to high school students.

The subsequent phase of the project will consist of organizing inter-school meetings at which the student groups’ recommendations will be showcased.

Crypto And Blockchain For Education

The project’s backers want both educators and pupils to comprehend the benefits and advantages of the decentralized financial system based on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Using blockchain technology can enhance the effectiveness and openness of Argentina’s educational system.

By utilizing blockchain technology, educational institutions can monitor student data and progress and ensure that all instructional resources are securely preserved and readily accessible.
