Bloomberg’s Mike McGlone Glone predicts that Bitcoin may be a top commodity indicator in 2025. He confirmed that Bitcoin has outsmarted commodities on its watchlist, and shared a chart showing BTC is up 138.6% year-to-date (YTD), while Gold has earned a comparative 25.7%. The next top-performing asset is the S&P 500 Total Return Index, with a close 25.3% growth YTD. He remarked that Bitcoin being on the top of their macroeconomic annual performance dashboard and US Treasury bonds on the bottom suggests that “it’s about as good as it gets for risk assets.”
