Best Wallet has released a major update that fully integrates with the Bitcoin network, transforming it into a truly multi-chain wallet. With its newest Version 2.5.1, users can seamlessly buy, store, and manage Bitcoin directly within the app.

This update also sets the stage for future blockchain integrations, including Solana, Base, and Tron. Currently, Best Wallet supports Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon. With the addition of Bitcoin, users can seamlessly monitor their portfolios within a single app.

Effortless Bitcoin Trading and Top-Tier Security

As Bitcoin continues to be a key asset in the cryptocurrency space, with spot Bitcoin ETFs and talks of adding $BTC to US strategic reserves, Best Wallet’s latest updates ensure users can trade it securely and efficiently and retain full ownership of their coins without leaving the app.

The recent hack of the ByBit exchange, in which hackers stole $1.5 billion worth of $ETH coins, highlights the growing need for self-custody solutions.

Best Wallet provides users with a convenient way to purchase Bitcoin using a bank card or other cryptocurrencies without needing to rely on centralized exchanges and open themselves to the risk of losing their assets.

Best Wallet has integrated Multi-Party Computation (MPC) security through its partnership with Fireblocks, further protecting private keys without adding complexity.

Fireblocks is known for its institutional-level security. It has handled over $7 trillion in transactions and has over 250 million crypto wallets. The company collaborates with major industry players, such as VanEck, WisdomTree, Revolut, eToro, and Animoca Brands.

Upgrading to the Multi-Chain Wallet with Bitcoin Support

Users must update to Version 2.5.1 to access Bitcoin and the new multi-chain functionality. The migration process is designed to be smooth and secure and takes just a few minutes.

Before you begin, ensure you have a backup of your private keys. In case something goes wrong and you need to reinstall the app or install it on another device, you will need your private keys to gain access.

Here’s how to create a backup: Open the app and navigate to Settings > Manage Wallets > Select Wallet > Private Key.

Write your private key on paper and keep it somewhere safe. Consider making additional copies for just in case.

Let’s now begin with the Bitcoin update.

Download Best Wallet Version 2.5.1

Head over to the App Store or Google Play to download and install Best Wallet Version 2.5.1. Open the app and tap the ‘Get Yours Now’ button when prompted.

Another way to access the multi-chain update is through Settings > Manage Wallets and select ‘Multi-Chain Wallets’ to begin.

A second screen will appear with additional information about the upgrade, including the app’s security features and its multi-chain support. Tap the ‘Get Your Multi-Chain Wallet’ button.

Use The Same Email From Your Original Best Wallet Account

If you have already used Best Wallet, use the email address you originally associated with your account to ensure a smooth transition and access to your funds.

New Best Wallet users can enter their preferred email address. The same email will be used to access the wallet in the future. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google or Apple email address.

Tap ‘Continue.’

And that’s it! Your Best Wallet app now supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon, with more networks to follow.

Change your wallets via Settings > Manage Wallets.

How to Buy Bitcoin Using Best Wallet

The latest update allows Best Wallet users to buy Bitcoin in two ways: directly with a debit or credit card, or exchange other cryptocurrencies, such as $ETH, for Bitcoin within the app via the built-in Best DEX.

Thanks to Best Wallet’s fiat onramp functionality, buying $BTC with a card is the easiest way to do so. Go to Trade > Buy, add your card, and follow the instructions to buy $BTC.

Alternatively, you can move your Bitcoin from an exchange wallet, such as Coinbase or Binance, using your Bitcoin Best Wallet address as the recipient.

The platform’s native token, $BEST, is also available for purchase at a discounted price of $0.02415 apiece. You can buy the token with a card directly from the Best Wallet app. For those wondering why to buy $BEST tokens, the answer is enhanced Best Wallet features.

Holding the $BEST token provides benefits like higher staking yields through the Best Wallet aggregator and reduced transaction fees on everything Best Wallet. The main reason for investors, however, is access to new and vetted presales at Stage 0, when the price is the lowest.

Why Best Wallet is a Leading Choice

The integration of Bitcoin strengthens Best Wallet’s position as a top-tier crypto management application. Its intuitive interface, enterprise-level security, and multi-chain capabilities make it a powerful option for beginners and experienced traders.

With the goal of capturing 40% of the crypto wallet market share by 2026, onboarding Best Wallet now could be a prudent choice.
