Reportedly, the Sky ecosystem which was previously known as Maker is planning to rebrand back to Maker following the confusion since the platform’s rebranding in August. Notably, since its rebranding, users reportedly have been confused about the roles of the Sky token and Maker brand. Following this, its co-founder Rune Christensen has proposed to keep the Sky as its main brand and recentralize Maker as the core brand with its native token “MKR” as its governance token. Notably, a governance poll is scheduled for the 04th of November following the community call on 25th October.
