Polter Finance Exploiter to Transfer $120 in ETH to Tornado Cash

A Decentralized Finance platform, Polter Finance, was scammed and lost around $8.7 million worth of cryptocurrency. The attacker took advantage of weaknesses and then employed Tornado Cash, a privacy-preserving mixer. As per PeckShield, the exploiter also moved 120 ETH ($192,402) to Tornado Cash to cover up their traces as their latest move.  The Polter Finance platform has been shut by its team currently in collaboration with blockchain security experts to conduct their own investigations. While formulation is underway, active investigation is on as well as efforts to recover lost funds and audits of the system.
